Sometimes I get hungry. Really hungry. Then I create menus like this one (click link to see!) that I will be working on making tonight and tomorrow (or at least some of it, depending on how things go). Oh, yum. Ciao (chow) 2007! Maybe the calories won't make the leap into the new year somehow magically.
(All this after leftovers from last night:
Dirty Shrimp in Butter-Beer Sauce - was every bit as good as it sounds, maybe better, One-Pan Chicken Parmigiana - was awesome, and will fit with our "healthier choices" in Oh-Eight and Super Hummus Salad - didn't really go, but I wanted to try it, and it was good and will go perfectly on that pita for lunch today)
But you can't exactly eat leftovers when celebrating, now can you? Hence my New Year's Menu.
