Broiled Tilapia With Thai Coconut-Curry Sauce
(sauce is to die for and goes on chicken, pork, anything at all - which is good because I'm back off the whole trying to like fish thing)
Random Messy Omelet (leftover red peppers & green onions from previous recipe plus some cooked breakfast sausage I pulled from the freezer - I usually freeze cooked hamburger that way, too - super convenient!)Random Boiled Tofu & Ramen (removed cooked noodles, added soy sauce and garlic to the water to boil the tofu, plucked tofu out of water, added spice packet to water, poured on top of noodles/tofu)

Southern Batter Bread (super frugal, super yummy from an excellent website with things like two great low cost emergency menus)

Butter Beans and Batter Bread (more of a good and frugal thing also from the same excellent website - this is now a favorite meal of mine)
Lunch -
Black Bean and Corn Salad
pulled from freezer (froze beautifully) and put on top of a baked potato. Healthy and yummy!

Self-portraits, hating my hair series, because most days it looks like the middle (or worse). Growing it back out, I think.
