6 Word Memoir

Today is smoke-free day 289. Recently, Nathan tagged me for a 6 word memoir (and I'm nosy, so I dug deeper and found more info from Sweet Victory and his link to this Smith Magazine article).

I was waiting for the perfect occasion, and since yesterday got away from me and today threatens to do the same (I'm in shades of hell that cannot be discussed publicly, and it's frightening and makes me wish for beaches made of alcoholic slushy drinks and men who braid your hair in between bringing more frosty drinks - no, nothing serious, just work gone nutty) 6 words is about perfect for today, so here we go:

Laughed, cried, erred, learned, sang. Loved.

I tag: Lynda, Brandie, Mz Diva, MamaFlo, Mishelle, and anyone else wanting to play ;)

I'll have to do the go visit you all to let you know I tagged you thing here in a bit.

1) Write your own six word memoir
2) Post it on your blog and include a visual illustration if you want
3) Link to the person that tagged you in your post, and to the original post if possible so we can track it as it travels across the blogosphere
4) Tag at least five more blogs with links; and
5) Leave a comment on the tagged blogs with an invitation to play

  1. Ok, I am gonna play this game but later on. I am at work and can only log on for a second. Maggie, I hope you are ok....I am here if you need me. I have not drank in 20 years but I know when things are not going well, I still think about it from time to time. You have helped me more than you know. Hopefully, you will feel better soon.
    Peace,
    Diva

  5. I'll have to think about this one, too.

A yummy drink and someone playing with my hair would be pure paradise!

  8. I'm looking forward to reading what everyone has to say in 6 words. It's kind of hard...
